We share with you the photos from the meeting with female entrepreneurs in the Lankaran region! 🤩

Together with FemTech, the @worldbank participated in a meeting with female entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan to listen to their problems and identify the issues faced by women. We discussed why entrepreneurship is weak in Azerbaijan and what the problem is. 👩‍💻

During our meeting, women talked about their problems. They reported that the biggest problems are financial support, lack of knowledge in business and marketing.

💡 The main purpose of the meeting is to identify the problems of female entrepreneurs, connect them with e-commerce platforms or startup centers and financial institutions working in the female segment to implement their social entrepreneurship idea’s and provide support.

FemTech ilə birgə @worldbank Azərbaycandakı sahibkar qadınları dinləyərək, qadınların problemlərini müəyyən etmək məqsədi ilə görüşdə iştirak edib. Azərbaycanda sahibkarlığın niyə zəif olduğunu, problemin nə olduğunu müzakirə etdik.👩‍💻

Görüşümüzdə qadınlar öz problemlərindən bəhs etdi. Ən böyük problemin maddi dəstək, biznes və marketinq tərəfdən məlumatsızlıq olduğunu bildirdilər.

💡Görüşün əsas səbəbi sahibkar qadınlarının problemlərini müəyyən etmək, sosial sahibkarlıq ideyalarını həyata keçirmək üçün onları e-ticarət platformaları və ya startap mərkəzləri ilə və qadın seqmentində işləyən maliyyə institutları ilə əlaqələndirmək, onlara dəstək verməkdir.
